Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at HealthSheba. We are committed to delivering your products safely and on time, anywhere in Bangladesh. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (during business days).
  • Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays, or after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • After your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS, email, or WhatsApp notification with your order details.
  • Our customer support team may call you to confirm your order before dispatch (especially for Cash on Delivery orders).

2. Delivery Coverage

HealthSheba delivers across all 64 districts of Bangladesh, including:

  • Inside Dhaka (within Dhaka Metropolitan City)
  • Dhaka Sub-urban (Savar, Keraniganj, Tongi, Gazipur, Narayanganj)
  • Outside Dhaka (all other districts and upazilas across Bangladesh)

If your area is remote or hard to reach, our customer support team will contact you to confirm delivery feasibility.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, political situations, courier delays, hartal/strikes, or peak season demand.


4. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are simple and transparent:

Free Delivery:

  • Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery (as per ongoing campaigns).
  • Free delivery offers will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at checkout.
  • Special promotional offers may include free shipping during festive seasons (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, etc.).

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted nationwide courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Pathao Courier
  • RedX
  • Steadfast Courier
  • Sundarban Courier
  • Paperfly
  • HealthSheba's own delivery team (for select Dhaka areas)

The delivery partner for your order will be chosen based on your location and the type of product.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order in two ways:

  • Through the courier partner's website using the tracking ID provided.
  • By contacting our customer support team at +880 1894-700596 with your order ID.

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when you receive your product
  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — mobile financial services
  • Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Online Banking — through SSLCommerz secure payment gateway
  • Bank Transfer — direct transfer to our bank account

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
  • For high-value orders (above ৳5,000), our team may request partial advance payment to confirm the order.
  • Customers must pay the exact amount to the delivery agent in cash.
  • Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.

9. Order Confirmation

Before dispatching your order, our team may try to reach you for confirmation:

  • If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours after order placement, the order may be cancelled automatically.
  • Please ensure that the phone number and address you provided at checkout are accurate and reachable.
  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays or cancellation.

10. Receiving Your Order

When the delivery agent arrives at your location:

  • Check the package carefully before accepting.
  • For high-value or fragile items, we recommend recording an unboxing video — this is required for any damage or wrong product claims.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Once you accept and pay for the order, it is considered delivered successfully.

11. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

A delivery may fail or be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not available at the delivery location
  • Phone number switched off or unreachable
  • Refused delivery without a valid reason
  • Natural disasters, weather conditions, or political unrest

In such cases, our courier partner may attempt 2–3 redeliveries before returning the parcel to us. Repeated failed deliveries may result in additional shipping charges for re-shipment.


12. International Shipping

At this time, HealthSheba does not ship internationally. We only deliver within the territory of Bangladesh. For bulk or wholesale international inquiries, please contact us at support@healthsheba.com.bd.


13. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue within 7–10 business days.
  • In confirmed cases of loss or damage during shipping, we will offer a full refund or free replacement as per your preference.

14. Order Modifications & Cancellation

  • You may modify or cancel your order before it is shipped, free of charge.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • For prepaid order cancellations, refunds will follow our Refund & Return Policy.

15. Holidays & Off-Days

  • We do not process or dispatch orders on Fridays, government holidays, and religious festivals (Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Durga Puja, etc.).
  • During festive seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.
  • Updated holiday schedules will be posted on our website and Facebook page.

16. Important Notes

  • HealthSheba is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong product was sent or the product arrived damaged.
  • All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product.
  • HealthSheba reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
