HealthSheba – Shipping Policy

At HealthSheba, our goal is to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of every product across Bangladesh. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed every day, including weekends (except government holidays).
  • Most orders are processed and handed over to courier partners within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed after 6 PM may be processed the next working day.
  • Certain products may require additional time due to production or stock availability, and customers will be notified if extra time is needed.

🚚 Delivery Timeline Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, weather, national holidays, or product type.

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
  • If a product is out of stock, delivery may take 7–10 business days

Some products may take longer depending on shipment schedule or production status.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 Taka
  • Outside Dhaka: 130 Taka

Note: Shipping charges may vary based on product type, weight, or special packaging requirements. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by HealthSheba.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide, across all districts of Bangladesh.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link from the courier partner.
  • You can track your order status anytime using that link.

🚫 Failed Delivery Attempts Delivery may fail if:

  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Address is incorrect
  • Customer is unavailable to receive the product

In such cases:

  • The parcel may return to us
  • Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee, payable by the customer

🔄 Damaged or Wrong Product? If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/video as proof via WhatsApp or email

If the issue is verified:

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund
  • All shipping costs will be covered by HealthSheba

💳 Shipping Charge Refund Policy

  • If HealthSheba sends the wrong size, wrong product, or a defective item, we will refund the full shipping charge.
  • If delivery failure occurs due to customer error (wrong address, phone off, unavailability), the customer must bear the re-shipping cost.

📍 Delivery Coverage We deliver to all districts and major locations across Bangladesh. Remote areas may experience slightly extended delivery times.

HealthSheba – শিপিং পলিসি

HealthSheba-তে আমাদের লক্ষ্য হলো বাংলাদেশজুড়ে প্রতিটা প্রোডাক্ট নিরাপদ, নির্ভরযোগ্য এবং সময়মতো ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা। নিচে আমাদের শিপিং গাইডলাইনগুলো দেখুন।

📦 অর্ডার প্রসেসিং টাইম

  • সপ্তাহের প্রতিদিন (উইকএন্ড সহ) অর্ডার প্রসেস করা হয় — শুধু সরকারি ছুটির দিন বাদে।
  • বেশিরভাগ অর্ডার ১ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করে কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের হাতে হ্যান্ডওভার করা হয়।
  • রাত ৬টার পর করা অর্ডার পরের কর্মদিবসে প্রসেস হতে পারে।
  • কিছু প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাকশন বা স্টক অ্যাভেইলেবিলিটির কারণে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে, প্রয়োজন হলে কাস্টমারকে জানানো হবে।

🚚 ডেলিভারি টাইমলাইন কুরিয়ার ওয়ার্কলোড, আবহাওয়া, জাতীয় ছুটি বা প্রোডাক্ট টাইপের উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারি সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

  • ঢাকার মধ্যে: ১–৩ কর্মদিবস
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৫ কর্মদিবস
  • প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে না থাকলে: ৭–১০ কর্মদিবস লাগতে পারে

কিছু প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে শিপমেন্ট শিডিউল বা প্রোডাকশন স্ট্যাটাসের উপর নির্ভর করে আরও বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।

💰 শিপিং চার্জ

  • ঢাকার মধ্যে: ৭০ টাকা
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৩০ টাকা

দ্রষ্টব্য: প্রোডাক্ট টাইপ, ওজন বা স্পেশাল প্যাকেজিং প্রয়োজনীয়তার উপর ভিত্তি করে শিপিং চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। HealthSheba-র কারণে সমস্যা না হলে শিপিং ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

💵 ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)

  • বাংলাদেশের সব জেলায় COD সুবিধা পাওয়া যায়।

🚚 আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনার আমরা বিশ্বস্ত নেশনওয়াইড কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করি:

  • Steadfast
  • Pathao Courier
  • RedX
  • Paperfly

📦 অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং

  • অর্ডার শিপ হওয়ার পর কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের কাছ থেকে ট্র্যাকিং লিংকসহ একটা SMS পাবেন।
  • সেই লিংক দিয়ে যেকোনো সময় অর্ডার স্ট্যাটাস ট্র্যাক করতে পারবেন।

🚫 ফেইলড ডেলিভারি অ্যাটেম্পট নিচের কারণে ডেলিভারি ফেইল হতে পারে:

  • ফোন নম্বর আনরিচেবল
  • ঠিকানা ভুল
  • কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করতে অনুপস্থিত

এমন হলে:

  • পার্সেল আমাদের কাছে ফেরত আসতে পারে
  • রি-ডেলিভারির জন্য অতিরিক্ত শিপিং ফি লাগবে, যা কাস্টমারকে দিতে হবে

🔄 ড্যামেজড বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট? ভুল, ডিফেক্টিভ বা ড্যামেজড আইটেম পেলে:

  • ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান
  • WhatsApp বা ইমেইলে প্রমাণস্বরূপ ছবি/ভিডিও পাঠান

সমস্যা ভেরিফাই হলে:

  • আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করব
  • সব শিপিং খরচ HealthSheba বহন করবে

💳 শিপিং চার্জ রিফান্ড পলিসি

  • HealthSheba যদি ভুল সাইজ, ভুল প্রোডাক্ট বা ডিফেক্টিভ আইটেম পাঠায়, তাহলে পুরো শিপিং চার্জ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
  • কাস্টমারের ভুলের কারণে (ভুল ঠিকানা, ফোন বন্ধ, অনুপস্থিতি) ডেলিভারি ফেইল হলে, রি-শিপিং খরচ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।

📍 ডেলিভারি কভারেজ আমরা বাংলাদেশের সব জেলা ও প্রধান লোকেশনে ডেলিভারি দিই। দূরবর্তী এলাকায় ডেলিভারি সময় কিছুটা বেশি লাগতে পারে।
